Vilnius City Municipality

Vilnius City Municipality is the largest in Lithuania, with almost 600,000 official residents. It generates highest nominal and and per-capita added value in the country, receives the largest tourist flows and is consistently ranked among the top in international rankings on investment attractiveness, quality of life and others. A new museum annex was built to house an exhibition space. The project included creating a tailored concept, designing the exhibition with engaging narratives, and optimizing functionality for visitors. Modern exhibits with interactive elements, mechanical structures, and advanced IT systems were manufactured and installed.

Together with the municipality's team, Bleended member eRobot.ai developed more than 10 robots automating processes that are extremely time-consuming for specialists.

Informing plot owners about protected greenery, collecting information on benefits from different systems, issuing a certificate of declared residence, drafting orders on the redevelopment of land plots, retrieving information on spatial planning decisions, generating letters about children who are absent from school, checking information on parking permits and others.

In part of the automated processes, eRobot.ai utilized artificial intelligence technologies. For example, in the process of creating reports on completed public procurements, the Claude.ai LLM model is applied, which interprets and systematizes information from hundreds of pages of typically unstructured and unique procurement documents.

Some of these robots work continuously, while others are launched on demand. Compared to the work of specialists, the robots are on average several times faster in these processes, and have saved several thousand hours of municipal administration time over the past year and a half. The absolute record-holder is the process of informing landowners about protected greenery: here, the robot performs 60 times faster than a human. In this process alone, Vilnius Municipality has saved 913 man-hours and counting.
